the staff was very helpful and friendly. the food and drinks were available as much as you want, always open all day. it was nice.

when i arrived, i was offered an upgrade, its cost was £280. the room i was upgraded to wasn't bigger than the family room i had booked. the air-conditioning had a bad smell, rooms were dated.
